Day 01: Arrival Colombo - Pinnawala - Habarana
Arrival at Colombo airport in morning, after the customs formalities and baggage collection, you will meet your guide in the arrivals hall. He will take you to your Habarana via Pinnawala, Pinnawala is a village in Kegalle District of Sri Lanka and is around 90 km from the capital, Colombo. It is well known for its elephant orphanage, Overnight Habarana.

Day 02: Habarana - Dambulla - Sigiriya - Habarana
In the morning after breakfast, you will climbing at UNESCO World Heritage Site Sigiriya rock fortress,It is also declared by UNESCO as the eighth wonder of the world. It is one of the best preserved examples of ancient urban planning. In the evening visit Minneriya or Kaudulla National Park looking for wild Elephants. Overnight Habarana. 

Day 03: Kandy 
In the morning after breakfast experience traditional bullock cart ride with village experience at Habarana, before proceed to Kandy en route will cover Dambulla Cave temple magnificent Buddha images and rock Paintings & Handicrafts and Ayurvedic herbal garden. Overnight at Kandy. 

Day 04: Kandy 
Morning City tour in Kandy, visit Royal botanical garden and Kandy temple of the tooth relic, watch a Kandy fire dance show in the evening, in free time visit Gem museum and batik, rest of day on pleasure. Overnight Kandy. 

Day 05: Nuwara Eliya 
Morning you will travel to Little England (also known as Nuwara Eliya)  On the way visit Tea factory, Tea plantations and Ramboda waterfall. Arrive to Nuwara Eliya and relax, Enjoy with Golfing at Nuwara Eliya (Optional) Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya

Day 06: Udawalawe 
Today after breakfast travel to Udawalawe and in the evening you will have a 4 x 4 jeep safari to Udawalawe National Park, Looking for wild Elephants and Crocodiles, birds and more animal. Overnight stay in Udawalawe

Day 07: Galle 
Departure for city of Galle, It’s known for Galle Fort, the fortified old city founded by Portuguese colonists in the 16th century. Stone sea walls, expanded by the Dutch, encircle car-free streets with architecture reflecting Portuguese, Dutch and British rule. Notable buildings include the 18th-century Dutch Reformed Church. Galle Lighthouse stands on the fort’s southeast tip. Day is free to explore your own. Overnight at Galle. 

Day 08: Bentota via Hikkaduwa 
Travel to Bentota via Hikkaduwa, on the way visit sea turtle hatchery, Bentota  is resort town on Sri Lanka’s southwest coast. Its long Bentota Beach stretches north, where it becomes a sandy strip known as Paradise Island, parallel to Bentota Lagoon. Coral-rich dive sites include Canoe Rock. Day is free to relax on beach, evening do river safari . Overnight at Bentota

Day 09: Bentota 
Full day is relax and free on your own on Bentota beach. Overnight at Bentota 

Day 10: Colombo - Trip ends here 
After the breakfast this day you will proceed to Colombo Airport on time for the departure flight in the evening

 Our quotation system accesses both live pricing and static pricing depending upon the supplier. It is not uncommon for suppliers (e.g. Airlines, Cruise Liners and Hotels) to sell out, alter or withdraw prices including advertised special rates. If prices, rates or inclusions vary from your quotation or from an advertised price, we will advise you of any change prior to your booking request and any transaction being processed. If you do not wish to proceed with the booking at the new price, you may cancel the booking request at no cost to you. Once your booking has been confirmed and payment received, any new specials released cannot be applied to existing bookings. Prior to full and final payment being received, we reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us or you may cancel the booking. We are not liable in any way if any increase occurs due to exchange rate fluctuations, taxes or supplier notifications. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.

 Bookings travelling more than 45 days out will be required to pay deposit of 50 % at the time of confirmation sent and with the balance owing payable 30 days prior to travel (the “due date”). Prior to the due date, the balance owing may be paid by credit card, debit card or you may transfer into our bank account directly to avoid card fees. We will email you a final payment reminder. Travel vouchers and booking confirmations cannot be issued until final payment is received. If you fail to pay by the due date we reserve the right to automatically charge the credit card provided to complete the final payment. Any booking not paid in full by the due date is subject to automatic cancellation without further notification. Any deposit paid will be forfeited or, at your request, it may be used as a payment towards an alternative booking. Deposit conditions for certain accommodation and tour products may vary and we will advise you of these conditions and request your consent prior to proceeding with the booking. Bookings over Christmas and New Year’s (Festive Season) require a non-refundable deposit of 25 % while confirmation of trip and final payment 60 days prior, as this it non refundable under any circumstances. We will refund this 25 % in case tour is non operational or not confirmed dates. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance if you are visiting India.

Payment or deposit charges would be as follows:

  • 25 % while booking the trip ( if any airlines / train journeys included in trip )
  • 50 % once all bookings / services are confirmed by us via email or status chart.
  • 50 % due amount will be paid 30 days before trip commenced or as per due date on invoice whichever is earlier.

If the Client wants to cancel the tour, he must intimate the Company in writing mailed to us at our office address on working days within office time. If the Booking Form has been signed by one or -more persons for themselves and for others mentioned in the form, communication signed by such signatories would be treated as valid communication for cancellation for all such persons mentioned in the form. The computation of the period of notice of cancellation shall commence only from the time the written request reached the Company at its office on working days within office time.
In addition to the above, in case of cancellation of tour by either party, the amount spent by the Company on visas, medical insurance, POE, flight including administrative charges would be payable by the Client. If the total cancellation charges mentioned above exceed the amount paid by the Client, the balance amount would be payable by the Client.
In case of Third Party Products, the rules relating to cancellation and the cancellation schedule prescribed by the concerned Third Party Service Provider would be applicable and in addition the Company shall have the right to claim service and communication charges. It is a clear understanding between the parties that for the purpose of this clause cancellation can be due to any reason whatsoever including the reason of inability to participate due to any reason including illness, death, court orders, non-availability of travel documents etc.

Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  • 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
  • 30 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
  • 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
  • 07 days prior to arrival or No show : 100% of the Tour / service cost

( 25 Dec from Christmas – 05 Jan bookings as well as Diwali festival trips will be non refundable )
