25 June 2020 : Leh Arrival at Delhi airport early in the morning. Handling of customs formalities and meeting with the guide who will accompany you to the national terminal to take the flight to Leh. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and lunch at the restaurant. Leh is the biggest city of Ladakh, the union territory of India, also nicknamed "Little Tibet", is located at an altitude of 3500 meters, so you need to be able to relax and acclimatize to the Himalayan altitude. 26 June 2020 : Leh Departure for Shey, the ancient capital of Ladakh located 15 km from Leh. Here, between the heights of a hill with a breathtaking view, stands one of the most evocative monasteries in the region, dating back to 1655 and containing the famous statue of the golden Buddha. The enveloping spiritual atmosphere will capture your mind and you will have time to enjoy the benefits. Continue to the Thiksey monastery, which stands alone on the slopes of a rock formation above the homonymous village and is home to 60 Buddhist monks. Finally, visit the Spituk monastery, belonging to the Gelug sect. Return to Leh.
27 June 2020 : Nubra Departure for the spectacular Nubra Valley, to reach it will cross the highest road in the world, incredibly panoramic and suggestive until you reach and pass the Khardung-la pass (5,359 m). Upon arrival, after settling into the tented camp, walk in the Samsthaling monastery.
28 June 2020 : Diskit e Hunder Visit Diskit monastery, the largest and oldest in the Nubra Valley, Enveloped in its mystical atmosphere, the painted white Gompa rises among the bare rocks of the mountain that overlooks the floodplains of the Shyok river, offering a picturesque setting. Through a staircase made of stones, you reach the prayer halls and the hall that houses the statue of Buddha. In the afternoon, you reach the dunes of the Himalayan desert, incredibly enclosed by the mountains at an altitude of 3000 m and crossed by the Indus river; here you can take a walk along the river and through the dunes, where you can meet the Bactrian camels.
29 June 2020 : Leh Drive to Leh, again following the panoramic road that goes beyond the highest peaks of the Himalayas. Along the way, we will stop to visit one of the wonderful villages that rise in the mountains. In the afternoon we set off on foot to the Shanti Stupa, built by the Japanese and inaugurated by the Dalai Lama in 1985. From here, immersed in a mystical and spiritual atmosphere, you will enjoy a breathtaking sunset over the Leh valley.
30 June 2020 : Leh - Hemis - Leh Wake up at dawn to go to Thiksey Monastery and attend the morning prayer ceremony of Buddhist monks. In the end, return to the hotel for breakfast and departure for the Hemis monastery. Full day dedicated to the Festival held every year at the monastery in honor of the great master Padmasambhava who introduced Buddhism to Tibet (also called the second Buddha). 01 July 2020 : Lamayuru Drive Lamayuru, where you can live an experience of pure spirituality in one of the oldest monasteries of Ladakh, famous for its murals made with mineral and vegetable colors. Lunch along the way, you will stop at the ruins of the Basgo Castle and the Buddhist temple in Alchi. Upon arrival, after visiting the Lamayuru monastery, hotel accommodation, dinner, and overnight stay.
02 July 2020 : Leh Departure for Rizong Gompa, a place of peace and serenity, particularly suitable for meditation. To reach the monastery, perched on the mountains, you go through a narrow valley where breathtaking scenery follows. Here will spend a few hours, to have time to fully enjoy the regenerating power of this place, Then continue towards to the Leh.
03 July 2020 : Delhi Departure from Leh airport to Delhi. On arrival, free time for shopping and optional activities. In the afternoon we will visit the beautiful Sikh Bangla sahib Temple. In the evening we will celebrate the end of the journey with a typical dinner in an Indian style restaurant. In the end, transfer to the airport in time for the international flight.

If prices, rates or inclusions vary from your quotation or from an advertised price, we will advise you of any change prior to your booking request and any transaction being processed. If you do not wish to proceed with the booking at the new price, you may cancel the booking request at no cost to you. Once your booking has been confirmed and payment received, any new specials released cannot be applied to existing bookings. Prior to full and final payment being received, we reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us or you may cancel the booking. We are not liable in any way if any increase occurs due to exchange rate fluctuations, taxes or supplier notifications. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.
PAYMENT & DEPOSIT Bookings travelling more than 45 days out will be required to pay deposit of 50 % at the time of confirmation sent and with the balance owing payable 30 days prior to travel (the “due date”). Prior to the due date, the balance owing may be paid by credit card, debit card or you may transfer into our bank account directly to avoid card fees. We will email you a final payment reminder. Travel vouchers and booking confirmations cannot be issued until final payment is received. If you fail to pay by the due date we reserve the right to automatically charge the credit card provided to complete the final payment. Any booking not paid in full by the due date is subject to automatic cancellation without further notification. Any deposit paid will be forfeited or, at your request, it may be used as a payment towards an alternative booking. Deposit conditions for certain accommodation and tour products may vary and we will advise you of these conditions and request your consent prior to proceeding with the booking. Bookings over Christmas and New Year’s (Festive Season) require a non-refundable deposit of 25 % while confirmation of trip and final payment 60 days prior, as this it non refundable under any circumstances. We will refund this 25 % in case tour is non operational or not confirmed dates. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance if you are visiting India.
Payment or deposit charges would be as follows:
25 % while booking the trip ( if any domestic airlines included in trip )
50 % once all bookings / services are confirmed by us via email or status chart.
50 % due amount will be paid 30 days before trip commenced or as per due date on invoice whichever is earlier.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS If the Client wants to cancel the tour, he must intimate the Company in writing mailed to us at our office address on working days within office time. If the Booking Form has been signed by one or -more persons for themselves and for others mentioned in the form, communication signed by such signatories would be treated as valid communication for cancellation for all such persons mentioned in the form. The computation of the period of notice of cancellation shall commence only from the time the written request reached the Company at its office on working days within office time. In addition to the above, in case of cancellation of tour by either party, the amount spent by the Company on visas, medical insurance, POE, flight including administrative charges would be payable by the Client. If the total cancellation charges mentioned above exceed the amount paid by the Client, the balance amount would be payable by the Client. In case of Third Party Products, the rules relating to cancellation and the cancellation schedule prescribed by the concerned Third Party Service Provider would be applicable and in addition the Company shall have the right to claim service and communication charges. It is a clear understanding between the parties that for the purpose of this clause cancellation can be due to any reason whatsoever including the reason of inability to participate due to any reason including illness, death, court orders, non-availability of travel documents etc.
Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the Tour / service cost
07 days prior to arrival or No show : 100% of the Tour / service cost
( 25 Dec from Christmas – 05 Jan bookings as well as Diwali festival trips will be non refundable )
