Arrival at Delhi airport early in the morning by choice of your airlines, handling of customs formalities and meeting with the guide / driver who will accompany you from international airport to hotel in Delhi, A metro ride experience will take you to heart of Delhi Connaught place, continued visit president house & India gate of Delhi for photo stop, also an opportunity to visit Delhi's famous Sikh temple nearby. 22 March 2021 : Delhi 
Full day tour of Delhi, with a photo stop at the Red Fort, a majestic palace built by Emperor Moghul Shahjahan built-in 1638, today a UNESCO heritage site. After lunch, we continue with the visit of the impressive Tomb of Mahatma Gandhi and the Gate of India (India Gate), a monument built for the fallen in the wars. The city tour will end with a visit to the archaeological site of Qutub which contains the famous 72-meter-long sandstone minaret dating back to 1191, and the ruins of palaces and temples.

23 March 2021 : Fly to Varanasi  
Fly to Varanasi in the afternoon, Varanasi is the India of your imagination. This is one of the world's oldest continually inhabited cities, and one of the holiest in Hinduism. Pilgrims come to the Ganges here to wash away sins in the sacred waters, to cremate their loved ones, or simply to die here, hoping for liberation from the cycle of rebirth. Varanasi at sunset there are evening prayer and boat trips on the Ganges, plunging into an incredibly suggestive atmosphere. 

24 March 2021 : Varanasi - Sarnath excursion 
Boating down the Ganges River during sunrise is one of the main attractions in Varanasi. We can observe here the Hindu way of life along the banks of the Ganges (Ghats) River. later in noon will visit Sarnath, Buddha came to Sarnath to preach his message of the middle way to nirvana after he achieved enlightenment at Bodhgaya, and gave his famous first sermon at the deer park here in Isipatana. In the 3rd century BC, Emperor Ashoka erected magnificent stupas and monasteries here, as well as an engraved pillar

The Western Group of temples, in particular, contains some stunning sculptures that together make up some of the finest temple art in the world.

Three hours to Orchha, Orchha is nothing but a tiny town  located the banks of the Betwa river, once the capital of the Bundela dynasty,  This agricultural village that shouldn't be of much interest to anyone, but it was blessed by history: for nearly 300 years it was one of the most important urban areas in this part of India. This has left the small town with a supreme display of Mughal-influenced Rajput architecture in the shape of spectacular palaces, temples and royal chhatris (cenotaphs). And thanks to an important temple dedicated to Rama, it's also a major pilgrimage and spiritual center.

Being able to admire it in the first light of the sun is an evocative and unforgettable experience, later visit one of the most important buildings in India, the Red Fort in Agra. UNESCO heritage site, the palace owes its name to the material used for its construction, the red sandstone. Drive for Jaipur, the "pink city" of Rajasthan. Visit to Amber, the old capital of the Maharaja of Jaipur. Along the road, stop at the Palace of the Winds, built in the nineteenth century to allow women of the court to attend the parades. Ride the back of the majestic elephants that will lead you to the Fort, a massive 18th-century palace that overlooks Lake Maota and is a typical example of Indo-Islamic architecture. After lunch, visit the Maharaja Palace and then  you will be transferred to the Delhi airport in time for the international flight departing the midnight. TOUR ENDS HERE

If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us or you may cancel the booking. We are not liable in any way if any increase occurs due to exchange rate fluctuations, taxes or supplier notifications. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.

 Bookings travelling more than 45 days out will be required to pay deposit of 50 % at the time of confirmation sent and with the balance owing payable 30 days prior to travel (the “due date”). Prior to the due date, the balance owing may be paid by credit card, debit card or you may transfer into our bank account directly to avoid card fees. We will email you a final payment reminder. Travel vouchers and booking confirmations cannot be issued until final payment is received. If you fail to pay by the due date we reserve the right to automatically charge the credit card provided to complete the final payment. Any booking not paid in full by the due date is subject to automatic cancellation without further notification. Any deposit paid will be forfeited or, at your request, it may be used as a payment towards an alternative booking. Deposit conditions for certain accommodation and tour products may vary and we will advise you of these conditions and request your consent prior to proceeding with the booking. Bookings over Christmas and New Year’s (Festive Season) require a non-refundable deposit of 25 % while confirmation of trip and final payment 60 days prior, as this it non refundable under any circumstances. We will refund this 25 % in case tour is non operational or not confirmed dates. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance if you are visiting India.

Payment or deposit charges would be as follows

  • 50 % once all bookings / services are confirmed by us via email or status chart.
  • 50 % due amount will be paid 30 days before trip commenced 

If the Client wants to cancel the tour, he must intimate the Company in writing mailed to us at our office address on working days within office time. If the Booking Form has been signed by one or -more persons for themselves and for others mentioned in the form, communication signed by such signatories would be treated as valid communication for cancellation for all such persons mentioned in the form. The computation of the period of notice of cancellation shall commence only from the time the written request reached the Company at its office on working days within office time.
In addition to the above, in case of cancellation of tour by either party, the amount spent by the Company on visas, medical insurance, POE, flight including administrative charges would be payable by the Client. If the total cancellation charges mentioned above exceed the amount paid by the Client, the balance amount would be payable by the Client.
In case of Third Party Products, the rules relating to cancellation and the cancellation schedule prescribed by the concerned Third Party Service Provider would be applicable and in addition the Company shall have the right to claim service and communication charges. It is a clear understanding between the parties that for the purpose of this clause cancellation can be due to any reason whatsoever including the reason of inability to participate due to any reason including illness, death, court orders, non-availability of travel documents etc.

Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows

  • 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
  • 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the Tour / service cost
  • 07 days prior to arrival or No show : 100% of the Tour / service cost

( 25 Dec from Christmas – 05 Jan bookings as well as Diwali festival trips will be non refundable )
