29 Oct 2019 : Fly to Varanasi Fly to Varanasi, the holy city of the Hindus, also called Benares or Kashi. Upon arrival transfer to hotel & in the afternoon set off to visit ancient Buddhist places know as Sarnath an important pilgrimage destination for Buddhist monks, where Buddha's first preaching took place; here you will have the opportunity to live a unique experience, meet Buddhist monks and receive their precious teachings, later discover Varanasi at sunset there are evening prayer and boat trip on the Ganges, plunging into an incredibly suggestive atmosphere.
30 Oct 2019 : Prayagraj ( Allahabad ) In the morning, wake up early for the boat trip on the Ganges to watch the Hindu ablutions and breathe a mystical atmosphere at dawn, continue on foot walking through the lanes of the old city. After some early meal, we will then continue with the cruise on the Ganges, maintaining the mystical atmosphere that this incredible city transmits in every corner to view of the small villages that rise on the banks to admire the beautiful Indian countryside. You will come down from the boat and continue to drive with the bus to Allahabad.
31 Oct 2019 : Khajuraho Drive to Khajuraho, first stop at Triveni Sangam, a place with an incredibly suggestive atmosphere where the three rivers (the Ganges, Yamuna, and Saraswati) meet and Hindus gather to purify their sins of purification. Continue to Khajuraho. On the way, we will visit small rural villages to witness the daily reality.
01 Nov 2019 : Orchha The morning will be dedicated to visiting the wonderful erotic temples of Khajuraho. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon drive to Orchha village, that offers an incredibly peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
02 Nov 2019 : Agra by Train Orchha located the banks of the Betwa river, once the capital of the Bundela dynasty, morning on foot discover this fascinating citadel, visit the imposing Palace of the Maharaja of Orchha and the Palace built for the Mughal emperor Jehangir, with their respective royal tombs and the ruins of ancient monuments. Continue to Jhansi, in time to catch the train to Agra, the city that holds the famous mausoleum symbol of India, the Taj Mahal.
03 Nov 2019 : Jaipur Wake up early to visit the Taj Mahal, the majestic monument of love and imagination that is one of the seven wonders of the world. Being able to admire it in the first light of the sun is an evocative and unforgettable experience, later visit one of the most important buildings in India, the Red Fort in Agra. UNESCO heritage site, the palace owes its name to the material used for its construction, the red sandstone. Drive for Jaipur, the "pink city" of Rajasthan. Along the way stop at Abhanerei to see 1000-year-old step well.
04 Nov 2019 : Jaipur Departure for Amber, the old capital of the Maharaja of Jaipur. Along the road, stop at the Palace of the Winds, built in the nineteenth century to allow women of the court to attend the parades. Ride the back of the majestic elephants that will lead you to the Fort, a massive 18th-century palace that overlooks Lake Maota and is a typical example of Indo-Islamic architecture. After lunch, visit the Maharaja Palace and the Jantar Mantar astronomical observatory. At the end walk in the city between the jewelry, carpet and ceramics markets before returning to the hotel.
05 Nov 2019 : Pushkar Drive to Pushkar, the holy city of Rajasthan famous for hosting the largest camel fair in the world. Upon arrival, accommodation in reserved tents, whole day explore the town on foot like the temple of Brahma, the only one in all India dedicated to the God of creation, to reach it you will cross the white lanes full of colorful shops and holy cows. We will pass along the Ghats, the characteristic staircases arranged around the shores of the sacred lake where the Hindus make the purifying bath. Lunch at a local restaurant, rest of the day dedicated to trading fair activities that invade all the streets of the town, filling it with colors and life, pilgrims from all over India, merchants, holy men, storytellers, jugglers pour into the streets of the village and will witness the typical scenes of camel buying, music and sports shows, religious ceremonies on the shores of the lake.
06 Nov 2019 : Delhi by evening train A free morning to enjoy the festive atmosphere of the fair. Lunch at the local restaurant and departure for the Ajmer train station in time to take the train to Delhi. On arrival Delhi station you will be transferred to the airport in time for the international flight departing the midnight. Important Note: Train arrived Delhi 23.00 Hrs hence book your return flight after 4 hours from arrival.

QUOTE, RATES & VARIATIONS Our quotation system accesses both live pricing and static pricing depending upon the supplier. It is not uncommon for suppliers (e.g. Airlines, Cruise Liners and Hotels) to sell out, alter or withdraw prices including advertised special rates. If prices, rates or inclusions vary from your quotation or from an advertised price, we will advise you of any change prior to your booking request and any transaction being processed. If you do not wish to proceed with the booking at the new price, you may cancel the booking request at no cost to you. Once your booking has been confirmed and payment received, any new specials released cannot be applied to existing bookings. Prior to full and final payment being received, we reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us or you may cancel the booking. We are not liable in any way if any increase occurs due to exchange rate fluctuations, taxes or supplier notifications. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.
PAYMENT & DEPOSIT Bookings travelling more than 45 days out will be required to pay deposit of 50 % at the time of confirmation sent and with the balance owing payable 30 days prior to travel (the “due date”). Prior to the due date, the balance owing may be paid by credit card, debit card or you may transfer into our bank account directly to avoid card fees. We will email you a final payment reminder. Travel vouchers and booking confirmations cannot be issued until final payment is received. If you fail to pay by the due date we reserve the right to automatically charge the credit card provided to complete the final payment. Any booking not paid in full by the due date is subject to automatic cancellation without further notification. Any deposit paid will be forfeited or, at your request, it may be used as a payment towards an alternative booking. Deposit conditions for certain accommodation and tour products may vary and we will advise you of these conditions and request your consent prior to proceeding with the booking. Bookings over Christmas and New Year’s (Festive Season) require a non-refundable deposit of 25 % while confirmation of trip and final payment 60 days prior, as this it non refundable under any circumstances. We will refund this 25 % in case tour is non operational or not confirmed dates. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance if you are visiting India.
Payment or deposit charges would be as follows:
25 % while booking the trip ( if any domestic airlines included in trip )
50 % once all bookings / services are confirmed by us via email or status chart.
50 % due amount will be paid 30 days before trip commenced or as per due date on invoice whichever is earlier.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS If the Client wants to cancel the tour, he must intimate the Company in writing mailed to us at our office address on working days within office time. If the Booking Form has been signed by one or -more persons for themselves and for others mentioned in the form, communication signed by such signatories would be treated as valid communication for cancellation for all such persons mentioned in the form. The computation of the period of notice of cancellation shall commence only from the time the written request reached the Company at its office on working days within office time. In addition to the above, in case of cancellation of tour by either party, the amount spent by the Company on visas, medical insurance, POE, flight including administrative charges would be payable by the Client. If the total cancellation charges mentioned above exceed the amount paid by the Client, the balance amount would be payable by the Client. In case of Third Party Products, the rules relating to cancellation and the cancellation schedule prescribed by the concerned Third Party Service Provider would be applicable and in addition the Company shall have the right to claim service and communication charges. It is a clear understanding between the parties that for the purpose of this clause cancellation can be due to any reason whatsoever including the reason of inability to participate due to any reason including illness, death, court orders, non-availability of travel documents etc.
Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the Tour / service cost
07 days prior to arrival or No show : 100% of the Tour / service cost
( 25 Dec from Christmas – 05 Jan bookings as well as Diwali festival trips will be non refundable )
