Camels, horses, and cattle descend on the dunes of Pushkar to be traded by villagers and saw by worldwide travelers. The morning will be dedicated to visiting the wonderful erotic temples of Khajuraho. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon drive to Orchha village, that offers an incredibly peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. 

10 Nov 2021 :  Agra by Train 
Orchha located the banks of the Betwa river, once the capital of the Bundela dynasty, morning on foot discover this fascinating citadel, visit the imposing Palace of the Maharaja of Orchha and the Palace built for the Mughal emperor Jehangir, with their respective royal tombs and the ruins of ancient monuments. Continue to Jhansi, in time to catch the train to Agra, the city that holds the famous mausoleum symbol of India, the Taj Mahal.

Departure for Amber, the old capital of the Maharaja of Jaipur. Along the road, stop at the Palace of the Winds, built in the nineteenth century to allow women of the court to attend the parades. Ride the back of the majestic elephants that will lead you to the Fort, a massive 18th-century palace that overlooks Lake Maota and is a typical example of Indo-Islamic architecture. After lunch, visit the Maharaja Palace and the Jantar Mantar astronomical observatory. At the end walk in the city between the jewelry, carpet and ceramics markets before returning to the hotel.

Drive to Pushkar, the holy city of Rajasthan famous for hosting the largest camel fair in the world. Upon arrival, accommodation in reserved tents, whole day explore the town on foot like the temple of Brahma, the only one in all India dedicated to the God of creation, to reach it you will cross the white lanes full of colorful shops and holy cows. We will pass along the Ghats, the characteristic staircases arranged around the shores of the sacred lake where the Hindus make the purifying bath. Lunch at a local restaurant, rest of the day dedicated to trading fair activities that invade all the streets of the town, filling it with colors and life, pilgrims from all over India, merchants, holy men, storytellers, jugglers pour into the streets of the village and will witness the typical scenes of camel buying, music and sports shows, religious ceremonies on the shores of the lake.

14 Nov 2021 :  Delhi by evening train 
A free morning to enjoy the festive atmosphere of the fair. Lunch at the local restaurant and departure for the Ajmer train station in time to take the train to Delhi. On arrival Delhi station you will be transferred to the airport in time for the international flight departing the midnight.
Important Note: Train arrived Delhi 23.00 Hrs hence book your return flight after 4 hours from arrival.

Prior to full and final payment being received, we reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us or you may cancel the booking. We are not liable in any way if any increase occurs due to exchange rate fluctuations, taxes or supplier notifications. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.

 Bookings travelling more than 45 days out will be required to pay deposit of 50 % at the time of confirmation sent and with the balance owing payable 30 days prior to travel (the “due date”). Prior to the due date, the balance owing may be paid by credit card, debit card or you may transfer into our bank account directly to avoid card fees. We will email you a final payment reminder. Travel vouchers and booking confirmations cannot be issued until final payment is received. If you fail to pay by the due date we reserve the right to automatically charge the credit card provided to complete the final payment. Any booking not paid in full by the due date is subject to automatic cancellation without further notification. Any deposit paid will be forfeited or, at your request, it may be used as a payment towards an alternative booking. Deposit conditions for certain accommodation and tour products may vary and we will advise you of these conditions and request your consent prior to proceeding with the booking. Bookings over Christmas and New Year’s (Festive Season) require a non-refundable deposit of 25 % while confirmation of trip and final payment 60 days prior, as this it non refundable under any circumstances. We will refund this 25 % in case tour is non operational or not confirmed dates. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance if you are visiting India.

Payment or deposit charges would be as follows:

  • 50 % once all bookings / services are confirmed by us via email or status chart.
  • 50 % due amount will be paid 30 days before trip commenced or as per due date on invoice whichever is earlier.

If the Client wants to cancel the tour, he must intimate the Company in writing mailed to us at our office address on working days within office time. If the Booking Form has been signed by one or -more persons for themselves and for others mentioned in the form, communication signed by such signatories would be treated as valid communication for cancellation for all such persons mentioned in the form. The computation of the period of notice of cancellation shall commence only from the time the written request reached the Company at its office on working days within office time.
In addition to the above, in case of cancellation of tour by either party, the amount spent by the Company on visas, medical insurance, POE, flight including administrative charges would be payable by the Client. If the total cancellation charges mentioned above exceed the amount paid by the Client, the balance amount would be payable by the Client.
In case of Third Party Products, the rules relating to cancellation and the cancellation schedule prescribed by the concerned Third Party Service Provider would be applicable and in addition the Company shall have the right to claim service and communication charges. It is a clear understanding between the parties that for the purpose of this clause cancellation can be due to any reason whatsoever including the reason of inability to participate due to any reason including illness, death, court orders, non-availability of travel documents etc.

Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  • 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
  • 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
  • 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the Tour / service cost
  • 07 days prior to arrival or No show : 100% of the Tour / service cost

( 25 Dec from Christmas – 05 Jan bookings as well as Diwali festival trips will be non refundable )
