Day 01: Arrival Delhi Arrive Delhi airport in morning and processing of customs formalities and meeting with the tour leader who will assist you for the transfer to the hotel. After some rest visit of Delhi, with a photo stop at the Red Fort, a majestic palace built by Emperor Moghul Shahjahan built in 1638, today a UNESCO heritage site. After lunch we continue with the visit of the impressive Tomb of Mahatma Gandhi and the Gate of India (India Gate), a monument built for the fallen in the wars. The city tour will end with a visit to the archaeological site of Qutub which contains the famous 72-meter-long sandstone minaret dating back to 1191, and the ruins of palaces and temples. I'm going back to the hotel.
DAY 02: FLY UDAIPUR / 01.30 HRS Flight to Udaipur: it is a magical mosaic of marble, next to the shimmering Pichola Lake, with the other and purple ridges of the wooded Aravalli Hills extending in every direction, Udaipur has an unparalleled romance in Rajasthan and probably throughout India. Upon arrival, visit the Maharaja's palace, the marvelous city palace which houses the finest collection of miniatures in India. Continue to the Jagdish temple built in the Panchayatana style (five rectangles) and the enchanting garden of the bridesmaids.
DAY 03: UDAIPUR In the morning bike ride around the Badi lake and Fatehsagar lake. After Lunch In the afternoon, you can enjoy the best view of the city with a pleasant boat trip on Lake Pichola, the largest lake of the Udaipur. Cycling: 25 km approx
DAY 04: KUMBHALGARH Kumbhalgarh is a village located 100 km from Udaipur, in a valley on the western side of the Aravali Range It's widely known for its UNESCO world heritage site Kumbhalgarh fort build on a hilltop 1,100 m above sea level during 15th century by Rana Kumbha. The fort of Kumbhalgarh has perimeter walls that extend 36 km, making it the second longest wall in the world after the Great Wall of China. There are over 360 temples within the fort, 300 ancient Jain and the rest Hindu. The Fort is also known for its famous palace that resides on the top of structure this beautiful palace is known as 'Badal Mahal' or the Palace of Cloud. Cycling: 50 km approx / Rest: Drive in cab
DAY 05: GHANERAO VIA RANAKPUR We leave for Ranakpur through a hilly but beautiful terrain. On the way, we will see some great rural life which is awesome as it is really very ethnic. We reach Ranakpur & visit The Famous Jain Temples which are magnificently carved & like poetry in white marble. Continue to a small village Jojawar to stay at old castle which is our destination for the night. It’s an old castle of the erstwhile nobles of Jojawar. Cycling: 40 km approx / Rest: Drive in cab
DAY 06: LEOPARD SAFARI AND CAMPING AT JAWAI In next morning ride will pass through small villages called Rajpura, Joba & Mandigarh, possibility to visit school / camel breeding form on the way, continue drive to Godwad safari Camps in Jawai which is luxurious camp site in middle of nowhere. After little freshen up will proceed for leopard safari at Jawai Conservation Zone. Our Camps: Our each tent is 400 s feet carpet area attached with all modern amenities like jewel in a desert. DAY 07: BHENSWARA We leave our camps for Bhenswara village through a rustic but an interior route away from the busy roads. You will realize that many villagers on the way do a lot cycling to commute & for daily travel in the nearby areas. We reach Bhenswara which will be our destination for today. Cycling: 30 km approx / Rest: Drive in cab [3 – 4 hours]
DAY 08: LUNI Leave from Bhenswara to Luni. It is a small hamlet, in unexplored rural Rajasthan. Our Destination for the night will be An Ancestral Rural Manor run by this village’s erstwhile chief & his family. We can also go for a safari in the evening and visit vishnoi village, who protect animals and nature. Overnight hotel Cycling: 40 km approx / Rest: Drive in cab
DAY 09: JODHPUR Jodhpur the second largest city in Rajasthan, and formerly the seat of a princely state of the same name. A large and varied city, Jodhpur is sometimes called “Sun City” for its consistently bright, sunny climate or Blue city due blue painted house. On arrival check in hotel than visit Massive Maharangarh fort and Jaswant Thada, the old memorial of Royal family. A visit to Umaid bhawan palace museum to see the royal glory of Rajputana. PAYMENT & DEPOSIT Bookings travelling more than 45 days out will be required to pay deposit of 50 % at the time of confirmation sent and with the balance owing payable 30 days prior to travel (the “due date”). Prior to the due date, the balance owing may be paid by credit card, debit card or you may transfer into our bank account directly to avoid card fees. We will email you a final payment reminder. Travel vouchers and booking confirmations cannot be issued until final payment is received. If you fail to pay by the due date we reserve the right to automatically charge the credit card provided to complete the final payment. Any booking not paid in full by the due date is subject to automatic cancellation without further notification. Any deposit paid will be forfeited or, at your request, it may be used as a payment towards an alternative booking. Deposit conditions for certain accommodation and tour products may vary and we will advise you of these conditions and request your consent prior to proceeding with the booking. Bookings over Christmas and New Year’s (Festive Season) require a non-refundable deposit of 25 % while confirmation of trip and final payment 60 days prior, as this it non refundable under any circumstances. We will refund this 25 % in case tour is non operational or not confirmed dates. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance if you are visiting India.
Payment or deposit charges would be as follows:
25 % while booking the trip ( if any airlines / train journeys included in trip )
50 % once all bookings / services are confirmed by us via email or status chart.
50 % due amount will be paid 30 days before trip commenced or as per due date on invoice whichever is earlier.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS If the Client wants to cancel the tour, he must intimate the Company in writing mailed to us at our office address on working days within office time. If the Booking Form has been signed by one or -more persons for themselves and for others mentioned in the form, communication signed by such signatories would be treated as valid communication for cancellation for all such persons mentioned in the form. The computation of the period of notice of cancellation shall commence only from the time the written request reached the Company at its office on working days within office time. In addition to the above, in case of cancellation of tour by either party, the amount spent by the Company on visas, medical insurance, POE, flight including administrative charges would be payable by the Client. If the total cancellation charges mentioned above exceed the amount paid by the Client, the balance amount would be payable by the Client. In case of Third Party Products, the rules relating to cancellation and the cancellation schedule prescribed by the concerned Third Party Service Provider would be applicable and in addition the Company shall have the right to claim service and communication charges. It is a clear understanding between the parties that for the purpose of this clause cancellation can be due to any reason whatsoever including the reason of inability to participate due to any reason including illness, death, court orders, non-availability of travel documents etc.
Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
15 days prior to arrival: 70% of the Tour / service cost
07 days prior to arrival or No show : 100% of the Tour / service cost
