DAY 01: ARRIVAL DELHI Arrive anytime at Delhi international airport as per your tour arrival date, meet our company representative / tour leader at arrival lounge and transfer to hotel in Delhi which located near busy market. In late afternoon you will visit New Delhi by metro to see palace like India gate & president house while comeback you may choose to go a nice local restaurant to have dinner
DAY 02: AGRA - 02 HRS Early morning take train to Agra, the Mughal town which knows as Taj city, breakfast will be on board, transfer to hotel on arrival and followed by sightseeing of Taj Mahal one of the 'Seven Wonders of the World, monument of love and imagination that represents India to the world, It is perhaps the most perfect architectural monument. After lunch you will be visit massive Agra fort which cannot be skipped.
DAY 03: JAIPUR - 05 HRSOnce again early morning transfer to Agra railway station to get our train to Jaipur. Jaipur the Pink city and capital of state is the largest city of Rajasthan. In arrival transfer to hotel and afternoon half-day city sightseeing tour visiting Maharaja's City Palace - museums which contains the original collection of the Maharajas of Jaipur housing paintings, royal dresses and typical Rajasthani handicraft. Exploring Bazaar as its world famous for its precious and semi precious stones also enjoy Rajasthan’s food with folk music.
DAY 04: JAIPUR This might be the most beautiful day as early morning starts with exhilarating excursion to Amber Fort crowning at top of the hill, A royal ride on elephant back up to the hill will take your imagination in medieval time of India and give feeling of Maharaja’s of this world. A stop a palace on water may give you some nice clicks. After lunch a free time to explore market once again or to see Bollywood movie at India’s oldest and greatest cinema hall.
DAY 05: PUSHKAR - 2.5 HRS Afternoon train to Ajmer ( nearest town to Pushkar ) then drive Pushkar ( 30 minutes ) a small holy town but major religious place for Hindu’s. Pushkar is famous for its colorful annual fair during kartik poornima (full moon) in November each year. At this time, this otherwise peaceful and gentle village on the banks of holy Pushkar Lake is thrown into colorful confusion when the desert tribes and camel caravans meet to trade cattle, camels, goat, sheep, clothes and spices. It is also claimed to be the only place which has the temple of Lord “Brahma” - The creator of universe in Hindu mythology. Explore market by your own or take camel ride as optional activity to get some adventure in this holy town.
DAY 06: UDAIPUR - 05 HRS Moring drive Ajmer and once agian take a train to Udaipur, Udaipur his world famous for its plethora of breathtaking lakes and Raj era buildings, certainly lives up to its reputation as the most romantic city in India, go on a boat trip on Lake Pichola in evening to get most beautiful view of this itinerary, walking with locals on rani road on edge of FS lake is peaceful.
DAY 07: UDAIPUR Morning starts with visiting amazing city palace of Udaipur & its museums, crystal gallery and wealth of royal treasures to explore, follow by Jagdish temple next door, visiting princess garden can be more historical places to see. Rest of the day is free by your own or do your own activity.
DAY 08: AHMEDABAD - 5 HRS Just a relax morning then jump on a private bus to drive our next destination Ahmedabad, the largest city of Gujarat state , home state of Gandhi. visit Gandhi Ashram is located on the banks of the River Sabarmati, This was one of the residences of Mahatma Gandhi who lived there for about twelve years along with his wife Kasturba Gandhi. Followed Sidi Sayyed mosque Historic mosque built in 1573, famed for latticework carved into intricate tree design and Adalaj Step well Ancient architectural site featuring a stepwell dating to late 1400s with intricate wall carvings.
DAY 09: GOA - 02 HRS You will be fly to Goa, Goa is a state in western India with coastlines stretching along the Arabian Sea. Its long history as a Portuguese colony prior to 1961 is evident in its preserved 17th-century churches and the area’s tropical spice plantations, arrival airport and drive to hotel in North Goa, evening you will be walk to Bagh to explore pubs and clubs of India.
DAY 10: GOA Goa is a very easy going state with western mindset hence you do have freedom to explore wear eat or drink anything any place. Day is free for your own things. Explore beaches or markets of Goa or just relax on warm beaches.
DAY 11: DEPARTURE Arrange your own transfer to fly home or onward travel.

If you do not wish to proceed with the booking at the new price, you may cancel the booking request at no cost to you. Once your booking has been confirmed and payment received, any new specials released cannot be applied to existing bookings. Prior to full and final payment being received, we reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us or you may cancel the booking. We are not liable in any way if any increase occurs due to exchange rate fluctuations, taxes or supplier notifications. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.
PAYMENT & DEPOSIT Bookings travelling more than 45 days out will be required to pay deposit of 50 % at the time of confirmation sent and with the balance owing payable 30 days prior to travel (the “due date”). Prior to the due date, the balance owing may be paid by credit card, debit card or you may transfer into our bank account directly to avoid card fees. We will email you a final payment reminder. Travel vouchers and booking confirmations cannot be issued until final payment is received. If you fail to pay by the due date we reserve the right to automatically charge the credit card provided to complete the final payment. Any booking not paid in full by the due date is subject to automatic cancellation without further notification. Any deposit paid will be forfeited or, at your request, it may be used as a payment towards an alternative booking. Deposit conditions for certain accommodation and tour products may vary and we will advise you of these conditions and request your consent prior to proceeding with the booking. Bookings over Christmas and New Year’s (Festive Season) require a non-refundable deposit of 25 % while confirmation of trip and final payment 60 days prior, as this it non refundable under any circumstances. We will refund this 25 % in case tour is non operational or not confirmed dates. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance if you are visiting India.
Payment or deposit charges would be as follows:
25 % while booking the trip ( if any airlines / train journeys included in trip )
50 % once all bookings / services are confirmed by us via email or status chart.
50 % due amount will be paid 30 days before trip commenced or as per due date on invoice whichever is earlier.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS If the Client wants to cancel the tour, he must intimate the Company in writing mailed to us at our office address on working days within office time. If the Booking Form has been signed by one or -more persons for themselves and for others mentioned in the form, communication signed by such signatories would be treated as valid communication for cancellation for all such persons mentioned in the form. The computation of the period of notice of cancellation shall commence only from the time the written request reached the Company at its office on working days within office time. In addition to the above, in case of cancellation of tour by either party, the amount spent by the Company on visas, medical insurance, POE, flight including administrative charges would be payable by the Client. If the total cancellation charges mentioned above exceed the amount paid by the Client, the balance amount would be payable by the Client. In case of Third Party Products, the rules relating to cancellation and the cancellation schedule prescribed by the concerned Third Party Service Provider would be applicable and in addition the Company shall have the right to claim service and communication charges. It is a clear understanding between the parties that for the purpose of this clause cancellation can be due to any reason whatsoever including the reason of inability to participate due to any reason including illness, death, court orders, non-availability of travel documents etc.
Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
30 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
07 days prior to arrival or No show : 100% of the Tour / service cost
( 25 Dec from Christmas – 05 Jan bookings as well as Diwali festival trips will be non refundable )
