What are the processes involved with creating and booking my tour?
After getting your request, a member of our highly trained sales team will contact you, usually within 24 hours, with a detailed preliminary itinerary. From this point onwards you will work hand in hand with your respective Travel my passion travel specialist, via email and/or telephone, working towards creating a dream holiday tour that suits your every need and desire. Please note that you may go back and forth with your travel specialist as many times as it takes for you to feel comfortable and happy with your prospective tour. Once you are satisfied with what you and your travel specialist have put together we will proceed to book your tour and arrange payment.

Where and how do I start booking my tour?
After looking through our website and deciding the type of holiday tour you feel would suit you best, you may contact us. Take note of that the more detailed your request is, the more detailed our response will be. You can contact us by Phone, E - mail or through Skype.
How much money should I transfer or deposit in your account once I like the program?
After you decide the program you like to buy, we need 50 % payment in advance to book all your arrangements. Once we done or confirmed all your booking, we would send you a confirmation mail or hotel vouchers by email so you can check your reservation at your end in all hotels you suppose to stay, Once we send you confirmation mail than we need to your rest of the payment.
How would I transfer money to you?
Well you can use western union, Pay Pal or direct bank account transfer, For Pay Pal you need to pay 4.03 % tax as money transaction free. For bank transfer we would send you our bank details in which you can transfer the amount but once again you need to pay transaction tax which you may ask to your local bank. Kindly note bank transfer takes min 3 - 4 working days and we do not hold any booking unless and until amount not flash in our account. Once we get your amount we would start making all your arrangements.
Who will receive us at the airport and what happened if I could not find anyone?
Once we received full and final payment from your side, we would sent Name of the person and contact number who will received you at airport, that person could be airport representative, a tour guide or a tour escort. We would also provide you number of cab and driver so you may contact him as well directly as you landed at airport. Apart from this we do also provide you emergency number in case you really need to call them.
Passports and Visas?
All Passengers are responsible for securing proper documentation prior to joining the tour. Passports are required; in addition travellers are advised to check with local consulates for full details regarding Visa requirements. Please note securing a valid visa for entry is sole responsibility of the travellers.
What if I want to cancel my program after done the entire arrangements n 50 % advance?
We can do cancelled all your arrangements as per our cancellation policy. You may cancel your booking at any time prior to commencement of the tour by notifying us in writing. If you cancel on or before 30 days before the first day of the tour, we will retain your deposit to cover our costs. In addition, if the cancellation notification is received less than 30 days prior to the first day of the tour, additional cancellation charges shall be as follows:

29-15 Days before the first day of the tour - 50%
14-7 Days before the first day of the tour 75%
Less than 7 Days before the first day of the tour 100%
CHANGES BY YOU
If you request any changes to your travel arrangements once we have confirmed a booking, all out of pocket charges, including charges imposed by our suppliers, will be payable by you, plus an amendment fee of USD 50 per revision per booking. If after the commencement of your tour you request any changes to your travel arrangements, we will do our best to implement them, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible. In the event of such change(s) being made, you will be liable for any cancellation charges that may be levied for the previously booked service and for any costs incurred by us and our suppliers in attempting to secure any revised arrangements. Any name changes must be provided to us in writing and are subject to any airline fees or penalties.
